Guidance and School Operations for Parents During Coronavirus 14th September 2020 Version

Staggered Start and Finish Times

Thank you to the majority of parents and carers who are trying hard to keep our school community safe by adhering to the staggered start and finish times for your child and keep a safe distance from other parents, children and staff. It is very important that you drop off and collect your children at the set times. The reason for this is to reduce gathering around and inside the school grounds. On Friday, many parents didn’t keep a safe distance from each other and this is not safe for our community. You may not be in the vulnerable category but those you are near may well be.  They may have vulnerable people living with them. Due to the lack of distancing on Friday, I am requesting that parents wear masks when collecting and dropping off children. Please ensure that only one adult collects and drops off your child/children. Now that we have had the opportunity to see the systems we have set up in practice, we will be reviewing them weekly and amending what is necessary. I will inform parents immediately of any further amendments. Please help us to keep our school community safe.
